Our hot smoked trout has a honey-sweetness and smoky depth. It comes unsliced, and is easy to flake up into dishes to add immediate impact. Try in risotto, omelettes, on toast, in kedgeree, or make an easy, delicious pate, with creme fraiche and a squeeze of lemon.

Store in refrigerator at 0-5 degrees
