Hand-cured, Hot Smoked Scottish Steelhead Trout

Hot-Smoked Steelhead is cured & cold-smoked, before being gently cooked with a honey glaze. It has a sweet and intense flavour and is delicious broken into a risotto, in omelettes, on toast, in kedgeree, and makes an easy, delicious pate, with creme fraiche and a squeeze of lemon. Comes unsliced.

Ingredients: Trout (fish), honey, salt, oak smoke.
