Hot-Smoked Steelhead is cured & cold-smoked, before being gently cooked with a honey glaze. It has a sweet and intense flavour and makes an impressive centrepiece to a gathering, feeds a crowd or is a lovely gift.

Hot-smoked trout is delicious in sandwiches and brunches, stirred into salads, rice, pasta, as well as making great pate.

Minimum weight: 800g
Ingredients: Trout (fish), salt, oak smoke, honey.
Store in refrigerator at 0-5 degrees
2-week+ shelf life, suitable for freezing
