Grown: Loch Melfort, West Coast of Scotland. Hand-cured and cold smoked.
Ingredients: Trout (fish), salt, oak smoke, honey.

The larger of our two sides, this makes an impressive centrepiece to a gathering, feeds a crowd and is a lovely gift.

Hot-smoked trout is delicious in sandwiches and brunches, stirred into salads, rice, pasta, as well as making great pate.

Minimum weight: 800g
Store in refrigerator at 0-5 degrees
2-week+ shelf life, suitable for freezing
