The smaller of our two side options, this is perfect for one family or a small gathering, and as a starter feeds 6-8 people.
Cold-smoked trout is superbly versatile: use for canapes, starters, and brunches; fantastic in salads and sandwiches, and stirred into pasta.
Average weight: 600g (+/- a 5% tolerance)
Store in refrigerator at 0-5 degrees
Minimum 2-week shelf life, suitable for freezing
