Our Scottish Steelhead Trout is an exceptional trout; athletic & lean from swimming against the Atlantic currents of the Inner Hebrides, it smokes beautifully, with a firm, non-fatty texture, a natural sweetness & delicate depth of flavour. A 200g pack is a great size for a weekend breakfast, draped over eggs, or use for making canapes, starters, sandwiches etc.
