An easy yet impressive show-stopper; just lay it out and let the fish do the talking! Perfect with crackers, dips or lemon wedges on the side. As a starter, the smoked side feeds 10-12 people.
Cold-smoked trout is superbly versatile: use for canapes, starters, and brunches. Leftovers make great sandwiches or stir into pasta.
