Ingredients: Trout (fish), salt, oak smoke.
An easy yet impressive show-stopper; just lay it out and let the fish do the talking. Perfect as a canape with crackers or on blinis, or as a starter on hunks of bread. A large smoked side feeds 8-10 people as a starter.
