Smoked Steelhead Trout Side:

Ingredients: Trout (fish), salt, oak smoke.
Store in refrigerator at 0-5 degrees
21 day shelf-life, suitable for freezing

Peter’s Yard Sourdough Crispbread Original:
Average weight: 105g. Box contains approx 35 crackers
Ingredients: Milk, Rye flour, Wheat flour (Wheat flour, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), sourdough 11.5% (Rye flour, water), Wholewheat flour, Honey, Salt, Yeast.
Store in a dark, dry place.

Roxy’s Dill Sauce:

Ingredients: Mayonnaise, (Rapeseed Oil, Water, Vinegar, Starch, Egg, Salt, Xanthan Gum, Mustard, Citric Acid, Potassium Sorbate), Honey, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Fresh Dill & Lemon Juice.
