Office Administrator, Kilmelford HQ

Overview:
We’re looking for an office administrator to join our HQ team based in Kilmelford, 25 mins south of Oban.

The Role:
You will be responsible for the smooth daily running of the office, answering calls from sites, customers and suppliers, and assisting site staff with general admin (ordering and issuing POs etc). We need someone working on site, ideally 5 days a week, but are willing to be flexible with hours - either short (PT) or flexible working hours.

You will report to our Finance Director, and be part of a core team of administrative staff, with the opportunity to grow and develop the role in an HR and office management capacity.

What we’re looking for:
We are looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills. High proficiency in MS Office and good organisational abilities are also essential. Experience of Sage is desirable but not essential.
